Işık University Campuses

Işık University strives to be a capable university ever since its establishment in the year 1996. Ever since then, it has been an alma mater to approximately, 8000 students and 1000+ international students coming from over 60 countries. Işık University has made steady progress and has been given a well-served title of a global university. They have done this by expanding their global educational network and giving students a platform through which they are able to flourish and evolve. The university has 2 campuses in both areas of Istanbul, the European and the Asian side. One campus is in Maslak (European side) and the other one in Şile (Asian side)

1- Maslak Campus

The Maslak campus is situated right in the heart of the Business center of Istanbul in the European side. Furthermore, this consists of the Graduate School, a vocational school, and a continuous education center

2- Şile Campus

The other campus of Işık University is situated on the Black Sea coast of Istanbul, it hosts the faculty of Engineering & Natural Sciences, the Faculty of Economics, Administrative & Social Sciences, the Faculty of Arts, Design & Architecture, and the School of Foreign Languages. This safe and green campus is an easily accessible campus with a calming atmosphere. There are daily shuttles that help the students to commute easily between the two campuses and to the city center.

Due to the campus being far away from the city center, this campus also has male and female dormitories. It is able to accommodate 1300+ students
The dormitories have 24/7 security, medical center and cleaning services.
A psychological counselling center is located in the campus as well to help students with any issues and help them cope with their personal and study lives.
24/7 open library is also available for the students to study whenever they want to.
Variety of dining halls with a sea view surrounded by the Sile forests is a huge plus.
Sports and recreation facilities are provided.
Işık University has a total of 37 laboratories, ready to use for students for any research or study related purposes.
There is a career center on the Şile campus as well that guides the students in need of any help about their future.
