Istinye University, established as a private university in 2015 consisted of only two faculties and one vocational school and started to accept its very first students in 2016-2017. ISU structures itself according to the Bologna Process principles, as it was a newly founded university. The curriculum is according to the European higher education organizations. In this way, a student-oriented education perspective was put in place.
Istinye University believes in providing the best environment and opportunities for its students to grow and pursue their dreams. For this, Erasmus offers non-EU students an opportunity to participate in study exchanges for Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral levels. Türkiye has been participating in European Community programs and foreign students are eligible to apply for Erasmus along with benefitting from funds and studying in Europe. Moreover, Erasmus education and training programs enable more than 180,000 students to study and work abroad each year. All in all, the good news is that international students at Istinye University are able to pursue this opportunity of applying for Erasmus as well.
