Registration Steps

 

Following are the registration steps for Turkey: 

First Step: Educational Counseling

The first step for registration is that our consultants can guide you and give you information about education in Turkey. Our specialized team will help you determine the university and major that best suits you.

 

Second Step: Sending your Documents

After choosing your university and department, you can send us your documents via e-mail or by filling out the following form of registration. You may also stay in touch with our agency’s registration officials by inserting your number in the “Contact us” form.

Third Step: Initial Acceptance

The initial admission period usually takes from one day to two weeks for the bachelor’s degree. However, for both Master’s and Ph.D., the initial admission period takes approximately two weeks.

 

Fourth Step: Final Acceptance

The final admission is considered a seat reservation at the university. To receive the final acceptance, a specific sum of the university fees must be sent to the bank account.
 
This is one of the most important steps because we find that students, who have slowed down their paying process, have lost their university seats when quotas get full. Students should keep in mind that every university has a certain number of foreign students that can be included in its branches.
 

 

Fifth Step: Issuing Student Visa

After receiving the official final acceptance from the university, you will receive an appointment at the Turkish embassy or consulate in your country for student visa procedures. Some countries, however, do not require a visa for entrance in Turkey. You are advised to finalize your registration in advance, as applying for Turkish Student Visa in some countries may take up to 50 days. 

 

Sixth Step: Coming to Turkey
