Istanbul Topkapı University was established by a council of ministers as a foundational vocational school under the name of Plato Vocational School. Istanbul Topkapı University, formerly known as Ayvansaray University, has a total of 17 master programs offered at the university. The Institute of Graduate Studies adopts contemporary and universal values. In turn, they utilize those values and integrate them with local values.
