The university was founded in 1997 and has chosen to take its place in the oldest and unique area in Istanbul. Located on the sea within the city center and surrounded by history from all sides. The university has dedicated itself to becoming a leader in the educational and cultural fields in Turkey and becoming a center for global scientific research and development.

The university is recognized by the European Union countries and its many partnerships with British and American universities. It has a distinguished teaching staff from Britain and America. Its founder, Mr. Kader Has, devoted his life to education. The university, through its five faculties of engineering and natural sciences, economic and administrative sciences, communications, law, and fine arts, as well as vocational schools, devoted all its efforts to study and research and established itself as an international center for development and scientific research.

One of the most important things he said: “We will strive to do what is best for my country.” In line with this slogan, our goal is to facilitate education, development, and prosperity for today’s youth through innovative research and academic teaching that inspires democratic thinking and practice.

They give opportunities to students to reach their goals by:

1) Working according to international quality standards while keeping our tuition fees at moderate levels.

2) Offering scholarships to all our students who achieve a high GPA.

3) Giving students the right to access their advanced technological facilities and intellectual resources.
